These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of www.boardwalkvillage.com's Website, located at www.boardwalkvillage.com.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, the law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

Cancellation Policy

As stated in each rental description and on www.boardwalkvillage.com, the cancellation policy is a 100% refund up to 60 days prior to arrival, 50% refund up to 30 days prior to arrival, no refund within 30 days of check in.

Security Deposit

At Boardwalk Village, we pride ourselves not only on our superb service but the quality of our units as well. With that, a $250 security deposit will show as a pre-authorized/pending charge on guest(s) credit card prior to guest(s) check-in. This is to cover any broken, stolen, damaged and/or irreplaceable items, and smoking anywhere inside the unit. This pre-authorized/pending charge will fall off of guest(s) account if none of the above happen.

Payments

Guest(s) will only be charged 50% of their entire reservation amount upon booking (unless guest(s) check-in is within 30 days). The final 50% will be auto-charged 30 days prior to check-in.

Parking

Each cottage has a specific number of designated parking spaces. Parking passes are provided inside the unit for guest(s). No additional parking passes will be given. If additional parking is needed, please contact the host.

License

Unless otherwise stated, www.boardwalkvillage.com and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on www.boardwalkvillage.com.

All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from www.boardwalkvillage.com for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:
