The owner communicated clearly what was expected of the guest so there were no surprises at all. We stayed on one of the townhouses which was perfect for our family of three. Two bedrooms with their own bathroom on opposite sides of the upstairs. Our balcony faced the lake so it would be a perfect place to sit and watch the sunrise. It was just a little too chilly when we stayed though.The common areas around the cottages offered a lot of possibilities for activities if you wanted to stay close to your lodging for the day or evening. All of the homes face the common areas around. This make the whole place feel like a community. The downside to that is there is always light out there and there aren’t drapes on the windows. If you are more sensitive to light, bringing some blackout curtains that can suction to the windows will make your sleep a lot better. I think it is highly likely that we will stay there again.

We stayed here for a girls weekend getaway. It was perfect. Plenty to do and a great atmosphere.

Great place! Me, my daughter and grandchildren hade a great time. There was plenty of room for all of us and the house was clean and comfortable. Great location swimming pool, pickle ball, volleyball courts . Great view of Grand Lake. Lots of activities such as local festivals, fireworks, boat festival. Definitely will return for another fun time
